Is it the future of the web? Or is it HTML 5? What do you think?
http://www.silverlightshow.net/Forums/general-discussions/silverlight-5.aspx lnikolov 6/16/2011 12:25:05 AM Live Video Streaming Issue Hi, I am trying to develop a silverlight application that opens up multiple TCP sockets and transfers JPEG images from Camera to some other silverlight client. The issue is that the receiving silverlight application receives junk data from the TCP sockets. I will appreciate if you let me know how to overcome this issue. I look forward to your reply. Thank you. http://www.silverlightshow.net/Forums/general-discussions/live-video-streaming-issue.aspx ritapsingh 6/16/2011 10:32:37 AM Articles you want to read and webinars you want to watch at SilverlightShow
Hi everyone,

We are opening this thread to collect your suggestions for next article topics you want to read and webinars you want to see at SilverlightShow.

Even though we are trying to cover diverse aspects from development for Silverlight and Windows Phone 7 through articles, videos, webinars throughout the site, there might be some topics we are missing, and we would appreciate it if you share them here. There are little left and right buttons that a user can click on that changes the content of images above the little buttons. The images woosh to the left or the right depending on what the user clicks on. This is a fun and entertaining way to display content.

I am wondering what to start with to make such a control.

Expression Studio has a ScrollViewer. I wonder if you can make it scroll horizontally instead of vertically.

I have looked at MSN's html and it seems that they are using silverlight. In the javascript "silverlight" is mentioned by name.
http://www.silverlightshow.net/Forums/general-discussions/even-list-scroller.aspx BillThompson 6/24/2011 8:23:31 PM Upcoming article series (and webinar) on Silverlight and Sharepoint - what topics do you need discussed in it?
Hi everyone,

The survey in our recent webinar showed that 'Silverlight and Sharepoint' is a webinar topic very much requested by SilverlightShow members.

We are discussing with Walter Ferrari - one of our very successful article authors, and the author of several SilverlightShow article series on Sharepoint - the launch of a complete article series on Silverlight and Sharepoint, where all important issues related to the topic will be addressed.

We want to invite you to submit the topics you are interested to be covered in this article series. Here is what we have so far:

Cover the three techniques to Silverlight in Sharepoint.
