1. InfoPath Forms Services, BDC and Reporting Services Integration
2. Thorough understanding of WSP creation and Solution Deployment process.
3. Must have strong understanding of SharePoint permissions and User Access rights management
4. Strong in Custom Workflow development using SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio 2008
5. Must be aware and have practiced, documented best coding practices (MSDN) for using SharePoint object Model and developing Web Parts
