Push from event venue with VLC (mms - single bitrate). then the targeted server is installed with Expression Encoder. The live source will be this mms feed, instead of a Camera. Then EE will transcode into multiple bitrates smooth streaming, and publish locally or remote publishing point. Possible?</p>
