Is it Possible to call silver light code behind functions through aspx page either code behind or javascript/jquery

       I am new to silver light
       I have embedded `silver light` application in my `asp` page and this silver light       application have two methods.

       i want to call those methods through aspx page i.e. My aspx page has
       one `button` control when i click this button i want to call `silver light method`

       if it is possible please give any idea for this..
