Brad Abrams wants to give you a very simple introduction to MEF and how to use it in Silverlight.
This example will show how to use lose coupling, dependency injection and delay loading of components. This is also an update to my Simple MEF example from a few months ago as just about everything here applies to WPF, WinForms and ASP.NET apps as well.
