In this second Windows Phone 7 post, Justin Angel talks about automating the emulator. The previous blog post in this series is “Windows Phone 7 – Unlocked ROMs”. 

Currently, the Windows Phone 7 Emulator can only launch developer packages (XAPs) from inside Visual Studio 2010. Meaning, if we’ve got a XAP we can’t get the emulator to load it without Visual Studio.
