In this post, Douglas Starnes tries to convince you that Blend is not only for designers and that developers can and should learn how to use it too.

To create a Silverlight application, there are two tools available for use, Visual Studio and Expression Blend.  Visual Studio is considered to be the tool for developers while Blend is suggested to be a designer oriented application.  I disagree.  I think that developers can (and should) learn how to use Blend.  It’s easy, fast and fun!

I am going to walk through a very simple web browser simulator in this post.  The application is not the focus but instead the techniques used to create it.
