You have more than 2 months left - the end date is 30 April, 2009, so take the latest Silverlight Tools and set your creativity free.
All the entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges and up to eighteen entries will be selected as finalists. Then, the finalists will be posted on-line where all silverlighters can rate them. Following the Voting Period, a judging committee will re-review all finalist entries and will select the three winners.
Unfortunately, only US citizens are eligible to participate.
